We are currently looking for Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters to service all areas, including Fremont/Newark/Union City, Hayward, San Leandro, and Castro Valley. We are looking for dedicated dog walkers who don't mind working in the heat, rain, cold, and wind. If this is you, then you may want to contract with The Woof Pack.

Rick Delgado
Pack Leader (Owner)
Rick grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, as an athletic kid who played ice hockey, football, ran track, and lifted weights. His family always had pets—dogs, birds, and rescued cats.
He moved to California at 17, working in automotive painting before managing a shop. Later, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Conservation Biology and volunteered at the Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito.
A devoted pet lover, Rick cares for his dog Gracey, two cats, and six chickens. While studying, he walked dogs and pet sat, which led him to start The Woof Pack in 2005. Today, Rick leads the company and, although he no longer does visits, still loves caring for animals.

Dog Walker & Pet Sitter
Karen is our longest–tenured sitter and has been with The Woof Pack since we opened in 2005. She’s married and a proud “mom” to two four–legged boys.
A lifelong animal lover, Karen has spent years around all kinds of pets, with dogs as her specialty. She previously showed her dogs and now spends her days giving loving care to many different animals. Karen is fully trained and certified in Pet First Aid and CPR and works as both a dog walker and pet sitter.

Debbie is a lifelong Californian from an animal–loving family. She and her three sisters grew up with dogs, cats, horses, birds, and all kinds of small pets, and she now shares her home with a dog, two cats, and six chickens.
After attending modeling school, Debbie served in the U.S. Army from 1977 to 1980 in several states and in Okinawa, Japan. She has lived in Fremont for over 30 years and, now retired from her career, helps run The Woof Pack as admin after previously working as a pet sitter and dog walker.
