What is your cancellation and weather policy?
We require a complimentary Meet & Greet for all new pack members. You'll also need to provide up-to-date vaccination records and a copy of your home entry instructions via our secure client portal.
We request 24 hours notice for any cancellations. We do walk dogs rain or shine, but in cases of extreme weather (heavy rain or heat waves), we may adjust walk duration for your pet's safety, prioritizing quick relief and indoor play.

Yes, all team members are fully bonded and insured. Each walker undergoes thorough background checks and has been trained in animal behavior, pet first aid, and accumulated years of experience.
