So you love animals, and think it would be great to be a pet sitter so you can take care of dogs and cats every day. While it is fun to take care of different animals all the time, I want to let you know what being a pet sitter is all about. There is more to it than you may think.

Don't get me wrong. I love what I do, and I thrive on it. But, most people just don't realize what it takes to be a professional pet sitter or dog walker. When I look to hire someone to work for me, I look for certain traits in that person to see if they can handle the work and how dedicated they really are.

Just saying that you love animals isn't enough. Pet sitters have to be dedicated to work in the many different situations they will face. Positions Available:

Pet Sitter

Must be available for at least two hours in the morning (approx. 7 am - 11 am) and at least two hours in the afternoon/evening (approx. 4 pm - 8 pm.) Must be willing to work at least two weekends a month, AND holidays.

Mid-Day Dogwalker

Must be available weekdays from 11 am - 4 pm
